Norwegian Players Manager

The Client

Our client is an established iGaming Company seeking a Norwegian Players Manager to join their dynamic team in Malta.


Main Duties

  • Actively contribute in the marketing campaigns to suit players
  • Get to know the players to ensure that we can serve them in the best way possible
  • Communicate via chat, email and also social media and gaming forums
  • Translations will also be part of some day to day needs
  • Actively shape up our communication to our players in Norway
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members to share knowledge and information
  • Share some time with our payments experts, and other teams within the company to ensure the best strategy is taken


Requirements

  • A native Norwegian speaker, and fluent in English
  • Passion for gaming
  • Knowledge of Casinos will help
  • Willingess to hlep others
  • Previous experience in Customer Support Roles will be considered an asset
  • A can-do, proactive attitude that gets things done
  • Self initiative
