Swedish Players Manager

The Client

Our Client is and established iGaming company seeking a Swedish Players Manager to join their dynamic team in Malta.

Main Duties
  • Actively take part in forming our product to best suit our players' needs and assist the players in making the best use of the product
  • Actively contribute in our marketing campaigns to suit players
  • Get to know our players to ensure that we can serve them in the best way possible
  • Communicate via chat, email and also social media and gaming forums
  • Translations will be part of some day to day needs
  • Actively shape up the communication with players in Sweden
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members to share knowledge and information
  • Work with payments experts, and other teams within the company to ensure the best strategy is taken

Requirements
  • Native in Swedish and fluent in English
  • Passion for gaming
  • Knowledge of Casinos will help
  • Willingness to help others
  • Previous experience in Customer Support Roles will be considered an asset
  • A can-do, proactive attitude that gets things done
  • Self initiative
