RNP Sales Team Lead

The Client

Our client a leading iGaming operator and is currently recruiting for RNP Sales Team Lead to join their growing team.

Main Duties
  • Establish a new team within sales & retention call center
  • Carry out outbound sales first by himself, then by leading a team
  • Call and convert leads for the first 4 months to achieve positive ROI and personal targets set
  • Build a team of 2-4 sales agents after proving own ability to generate and sustain personal targets
  • Recruit, mentor, train and support salespersons to your team and help them reach their targets
  • Work towards revenue targets and KPI’s as set by the Management

Requirements
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish, French and Russian are considered as an asset
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and with a strong will to succeed 
  • 2 Year+ experience in cold calling conversions and  2 Years Relevant industry background gained from a Following industries: 
    Forex / binary options / gaming /online sales and/or telemarketing/ real estate / timeshare
  • Proven track record of establishing sales teams of 5 agents at least and hitting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage to high-level goals to reach personal and team targets
  • A degree in business studies would be an advantage
