About the Role:
Solutions Architects are key members of the Customer Success team. The Customer Success team at Qordoba provides full end to end guidance and solutions for our prospects and customers. We are a hands-on team with the technical experience needed to introduce Qordoba to some of the world’s best Content Strategist and Product Leaders.
As a Solutions Architect, you will advise customer teams on Qordoba implementations, including on-boarding, strategy, integration, and adoption of best practices that ensure that the customer recognizes the full value of the Qordoba platform.
The position requires a strong communicator with technical skills who is also highly collaborative and motivated to drive customer success.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a key point of contact for clients
- Provide technical assistance and product education
- Support the Customer Success Managers and Sales teams with deep technical knowledge of the Qordoba platform and be the subject matter expert in customer meetings, with travel as required
- Drive new product features
- Develop, document and share best practices & design patterns with customers
About You:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent MUST have 3+ years’ experience in a highly technical pre- or post-sales role
- Must be conversant with common and popular programming languages and technologies, such as: JavaScript, SQL, SDK development, HTML, Objective C, Swift, JAVA.
- Curiosity and a strong drive to learn the inner workings of a highly scalable state of the art artificial intelligence powered platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- A passionate and technical individual who appreciates interacting with customers, solving customers’ problems and getting hands-on with awesome tech
