Job Description: Enterprise Sales Director   

The Enterprise accounts that have reached out to QLess has created the need to fill this position charged with closing the biggest deals in our space. We are seeking an experienced, driven, big-ticket salesperson that has demonstrated results in prospecting and closing, preferably in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales environment.  The “Enterprise Sales Director” individual will be responsible for new enterprise sales in a defined territory, which will include travel to trade shows and in-person presentations.  This is an opportunity to join a young industry leader in the mobile space that offers a rich commission plan with an equity position. Experience in the retail industry is a big advantage for this role.  

Required Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 10+ years of successful sales experience in SaaS enterprise sales. 
  • SaaS Technology Platform selling to businesses
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Advanced Analytical Knowledge to better educate and understand your client’s needs and help them optimize ROI respective to their marketing campaigns
  • ROI and Consultative selling experience  
  • Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales
  • Ability to simply sell across multiple departments in Fortune 500
  • Must have Proven successful track record of closing $1M ARR deals
  • Success in closing the new account to develop C-level relationships within Fortune 500 accounts and close them
  • Manage the full sales-cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
  • Strong technical chops and the ability to navigate different systems, programs, and platforms.
  • Technologically savvy
  • Team player with limited supervision
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • A bachelor’s degree.
