- Implement strong operations processes (with COO)
- Put in place marketing strategies to grow B2B customer base
- Put Partnerships in place
- Customer retention

- Proven ability to have done the above or to be able to do it
- Energy & sense of urgency
- Passion to think 24/7 about driving the company forward
- A track record of success
