At Prove, your day is always exciting and challenging. With the support of our Account Managers and leadership team, The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing technical aspects of our Ecommerce, Magento and other digital marketing projects from start to finish. You will assist the Account Managers with technical architecture, delivery, timelines, management, and overall success of their client marketing initiatives, and will communicate frequently with our Account Managers and specialists, including designers, programmers, and our analytics team. You will also be interfacing directly with our clients.
This role requires an intricate understanding of processes to execute and complete projects, including website development, SEM and SEO, e-commerce, social media, online display media, eCRM and email campaigns, and other general marketing tactics. You will be required to maintain and grow strong relationships with the Agency team, and support new business growth. Experience with analytics and reporting is a major plus.
The right candidate will have:
- At least 2 years in a relevant project management role, preferably in online marketing/e-commerce
- Experience managing the implementation and feature selection of Magento 2.0 websites
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Strong understanding of web technologies, such as php, .net, and HTML
- Experience with best practices, such as Agile, Waterfall, etc
- Passion for the interactive and social-marketing industry
- Eager-to-learn attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with others in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop positive relationships, and to self-manage time and deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to maintain project histories, estimates, briefs, etc.

The right candidate should be very familiar with:
- Internet programming technologies and concepts, particularly from a project management standpoint
- Project management collaboration systems (e.g. Google Docs, Shared Calendars, Teamwork, JIRA, Trello, etc.)
- Project management fundamentals, and experience with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, RAD)
- Google AdWords, Google Analytics, social media monitoring/insights platforms and management tools
The right candidate will be expected to:
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks
- Create, assess, and track project budgets
- Assist in the development of timelines and communications documents
- Assist with internal coordination across agency functions, including time management
- QA and quality control all technical deliverables
- Prioritize deliverables and communicate change requests
- Posses an eye for detail, and serve as a quality advocate
Responsibilities:
- Exhibit solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace
- Interact effectively with agency team, clients, vendors and partner agencies
- Ensure account needs are properly communicated to project teams
- Prepare and/or review activity reports and status reports for clients
- Keep account team abreast of timelines and deadlines
- Manage workload, meet deadlines, and pay attention to project details
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task across multiple projects
- Lead internal meetings, as appropriate (e.g. discovery, planning and status meetings)
- Possess knowledge of agency services and ability to talk intelligently about agency at internal and external meetings and industry functions
- Understand and evolve an understanding of client’s strategic goals
- Communicate and assist in the development of client plans, strategies, and deliverables around strategic goals
- Demonstrate creativity and conceptual thinking on client programs and projects
Physical Job Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working in front of a computer for long periods
- Must be ok with working flexible or long hours during heavy production cycles
- Must be ok to work remotely within varying team structures depending on client service needs
