Badass digital marketing agency with a great 9-year track record working with a wide variety of national brands and smaller clients is building out its inbound digital lead generation business. We need a couple of sales-driven digital marketers who love nothing more than developing the strategies small to mid-size clients need, working with your team to get the proposals done, then closing business, almost always by phone and email.

We have a long-term team of strong digital and broadcast marketing employees and a healthy culture (phew!). Now we’re embarking on scaling the business by doing what we’ve been doing for our dozens of clients for years: developing an inbound marketing business. And we want you to be our front line to benefit from this growth.
The good news: There are thousands of companies who no longer question that they need search engine marketing, Facebook/Instagram media, retargeting, native media, programmatic display, high converting lead generation and Ecommerce websites, video production and streaming video, email marketing, social media community management and even influencer marketing.
The bad news: There are lots of terrible agencies that promise the world and leave prospects skeptical. Prove is and has always been an agency that lives up to our own name. It will be your job to help prospective clients understand why we’re different—and better.
Your badass responsibilities include:
- Quick response day or night to a prospect’s lead or click-to-chat (during periods where you are on-call)
- Interview prospective client with, at a minimum, specific questions to assess needs
- Communicate substance of intake conversations to proposal team to complete a presentation proposal
- Schedule follow-up calls/video chats with prospects to give pitch presentation
- Follow up with prospects after pitch presentation to close them
- Communicate with implementation team after close to hand over client
- Check in with client once a month to once a quarter
- Upsell client when day-to-day team suggests potential
- Provide feedback to team and management with opportunities for improvement and raise issues preventing any level of further success
- Work with Prove team to continually improve pitch materials
- Maintain sales records in company-provided CRM
- Maintain a professional demeanor with prospects, clients, vendors, partners and team
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, particularly in search engine marketing (paid and organic), Facebook/Instagram and retargeting, and familiarity with other digital channels
- Demonstrable ability to ask probing questions about a prospect’s situation, past experience, and business goals
- Demonstrable ability to persuade prospects who have been burned by bad agencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- 100% ethical and focused on client satisfaction and teamwork
