What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high touch support for remote workers.
  • Day-day operations of IT-owned services and Support queue.
  • Provisioning/Deprovisioning IT-owned hardware/services for off-boards.
  • Maintaining conference room audio-visual.

What You’ll Have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Understands and uses scripting languages such as Bash.
  • High proficiency in OS X management, Windows experience.
  • Experience with popular services: G Suite, Okta, Slack, Office 365, etc.
  • Customer-oriented approach to solutions.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, willing to ask for help and offer support to the rest of the team.
