We are seeking a full time Systems Support Specialist who can utilize their technical skills to ensure our customers' receive the best customer service and experience. At Promevo you’ll be working with cutting-edge technologies and services, all based around Google products!
Support Specialist Job Duties:
- Provide support to clients by identifying problems and researching answers
- Guide clients through corrective steps on Google Apps/G Suite products and services through live demos or creating training videos
- Maintain accurate, clear, and timely documentation for Promevo Google Apps/G Suite products and services
- Provide thorough and well documented QA for Promevo Google Apps/G Suite products and services
- Complete billable projects relating to training/consulting and/or data migration
- Improve team performance by identifying problems, recommending changes, and implementing procedures Intraoffice technical support as needed
Job Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution skills
- A passion for technology, including Google products and services
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fast learner and strong self-motivation skills
- 0-3 years of experience in an Information Technology related field
