System Support Specialist

Promevo is a Premier Google Partner that provides a one-stop shop for all needs related to Google! We are seeking a full time Systems Support Specialist who can utilize their technical skills to ensure our customers' receive the best customer service and experience. At Promevo you’ll be working with cutting-­edge technologies and services, all based around Google products!

Support Specialist Job Duties:
  • Provide support to clients by identifying problems and researching answers
  • Guide clients through corrective steps on Google Apps/G Suite products and services through live demos or creating training videos
  • Maintain accurate, clear, and timely documentation for Promevo Google Apps/G Suite products and services 
  • Provide thorough and well­ documented QA for Promevo Google Apps/G Suite products and services 
  • Complete billable projects relating to training/consulting and/or data migration
  • Improve team performance by identifying problems, recommending changes, and implementing procedures Intra­office technical support as needed

Job Requirements:
  • Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution skills 
  • A passion for technology, including Google products and services 
  • Great customer service skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fast learner and strong self-motivation skills
  • 0-­3 years of experience in an Information Technology related field
