Associate Store Manager

We are looking for a full-time Associate Store Manager who can work alongside our Store Manager to provide an exceptional experience for our patients - from the moment our patient comes onboard, you will help them navigate through the check in process, the exam, and assist with eyewear selection from the myriad of frames we offer. Role & responsibilities

  • Ability to understand customer preferences and assist them in the eyewear selection process
  • Take accurate measurements to fit patient in glasses
  • Coordinate shipment of eyewear to our lens manufacturer
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Help maintain and curate a diverse line of eyewear based on price point and consumer demand
  • Conduct insurance verification and bill patient for services provided
  • Perform testing to help patients prep for their exam with the optometrist

Skills & qualifications 

  • 0-1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
  • Highly motivated, with ability to multitask and complete necessary duties in a timely manner
  • Friendly, approachable and passionate about providing a delightful customer experience
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • An interest in healthcare (especially vision care!) strongly desired
  • Comfortable with learning new technology and systems
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
  • High school degree required
