We have 9 locations in Maryland and Virginia and are growing! 

    We currently hiring for a Marketing Coordinator in our Northern Virginia region. The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for building and growing relationships with referral sources and increasing new patients in their region. 

    Duties and Responsibilities: 

    ·         Selling ProFlex services and excellent patient care 
    ·         Building and maintaining relationships with local medical and non-medical referral sources 
    ·         Organizing, coordinating, and overseeing events, both in house and with the local community (some events may require weekend or evening availability) 
    ·         Identifying and prioritizing leads and marketing resources to target 
    ·         Working closely with the Marketing and Clinical team to implement marketing strategies 
    ·         Tracking the success of marketing efforts 
    ·         Responsible for achieving territory targets or surpassing set goals and targets 
    ·         Using technology to maintain a database of referral sources 
    ·         Maintain positive relationships with our patients, both past and present 

    ·         Sales experience required (medical experience a plus but not required) 
    ·         Reliable transportation and ability to drive throughout the region on a daily basis 
    ·         Ability and willingness to work in direct sales 
    ·         Highly motivated and energetic individual who is comfortable with business to business sales 
    ·         Outgoing personality, professional, hardworking and highly motivated 
    ·         Ability to strike up a conversation 
    ·         Creative thinking and problem solving 
    ·         Excellent listening skills 
    ·         Effective relationship management skills 
    ·         Strong organizational skills 
    ·         Ability to multi-task 
    ·         Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel 
    ·         Social Media or Design Experience a plus 

    Salary: $40,0000 to $42,000.00  (base salary, plus bonuses)
