  • Great with people
  • Great at sales, including the related strategy and data analytics
  • Experienced in high growth, VC funded environments
  • Experience with FinTech metrics (CLV, CAC, Churn, etc) and exploiting network effects
  • Produce experience is strongly preferred but not required

  • Manage all sales / call center staff
  • Restructure sales team to: 
    • Decrease acquisition cost
    • Identify and exploit high growth, low CAC niche markets
    • Identify scalable markets and alliances
    • Separate different functions (e.g. hunters vs gatherers)
    • Bring deeper data analytics to our sales process and strategy
  • Potentially expand the team in Mexico
  • Work closely with the Director of Partnerships, as this role is filled
  • Report to the CEO
  • Manage more than 20 direct reports; customer service and sales teams are expected to rapidly expand

  • Competitive base pay between $225,000 to $275,000 BOE with 0.05%-0.1% equity
