Merchant Support Manager
At Printify, our Support Team ensures that in case of mishaps during product fulfillment process, there’s always someone to help make things right. As part of Support Team Merchant Support Manager will be responsible for designing and managing our support technology stack, with the objective of delivering an excellent customer experience as efficiently and reliably as possible. We are looking for Merchant Support Manager to help our customer support team to meet Printify rapid growth targets.
- You will design and manage our support technology stack
- You will build an essential part of overall customer experience and it's strategy
- You will identify opportunities to improve the speed, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience of those processes using data and insights
- You will propose improvement recommendations using different toolset, integrations or product redesign
- You will collaborate closely with product & engineering teams to understand current support process
- At least 3 years of experience in management consulting, operations, technology or related field
- You are familiar with using online customer support tech stack tools, e.g. Zendesk, Intercom, Drift etc
- Be at core- data-driven and problem solver
- Ability to solve new problems with new solutions
- Action, goal and result- oriented and act with a sense of urgency
- Willingness to deliver utmost excellent customer service and experience
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Salary range 1600- 2000 net based on Seniority and experience.
