Job Description:
The IT Support Technician will be supporting the hardware and software environment throughout the company. The will also:
· Perform comprehensive maintenance which includes PC, laptops, printers, and other PC peripherals
· Relocate & install PCs, printers, and other peripherals including client's based standard software for all client's locations
· Install & configure of end user software, e.g.: MS Office, MS Outlook, Etc.
· Observe client's security & safety regulation to virus protection
· Ensure software is virus free prior to installation
· Work with contractor and vendors on network maintenance
· Update hardware/software asset data upon installation or relocation of any PC equipment
· Support other company developed technical equipment
Job Requirements:
· Possess a Technical Diploma or A+ CompTIA certification
· Minimum 2 years' experience in PC/printers support & maintenance
· Experience in support systems/hardware deployment project is an added advantage
· Experience in PC (desktop, laptop, etc.) troubleshooting and general IT support in an enterprise environment
· Experience in supporting Window 7 to 10 client environment, MS Outlook, WINDOW-based application such as Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge of Antivirus/Email Encryption
· Basic knowledge in supporting iOS devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad)
· High level understanding of enterprise Windows management (Active Directory, etc.)
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as this role is highly interactive with users
