Lead Real Estate Agent - Greenwich

Our Greenwich agent team is looking for talented, full-time licensed real estate salespersons and brokers who are passionate about real estate, enjoy customer interaction, and thrive on the thrill of doing deals. Thanks to our proprietary lead generation, Prevu’s agents are able to spend 100% of their time focused on customer service rather than finding clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate regularly with assigned homebuyers with the goal of providing a high-level of customer service and responsiveness
  • Leverage Prevu’s technology platform and suite of agent tools to engage homebuyers, organize property tours, manage offers, and respond to homebuyer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Attend property tours and provide expert insights in real time
  • Perform comparable market analysis to advise homebuyers on pricing and market trends with the goal of achieving a successful transaction
  • Guide homebuyers diligently from offer through closing - including offer preparation, negotiation, offer acceptance, professional referrals, board package preparation, final walk-throughs, and more

Qualifications:
  • Valid Connecticut State license as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Licensed Associate Broker, or enrolled in an approved course
  • Local knowledge about Greenwich real estate, neighborhoods, and neighboring towns
  • Experience with home tours, comparable market analysis, and home purchase negotiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
