We are seeking an Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire the best talent for Pretlist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle including source, screen and qualify candidates, as well as coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with the candidates
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and lead employer branding initiatives
- Build effective sourcing channels by leveraging job boards, social media, and hiring vendors
Minimum Requirements
- BA, MA, MS, or MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment in an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house corporate talent team
