What you’ll be doing:
- Actively answer and resolve open client product issues via telephone, email and NANTUM®
- Provide remarkable customer experiences
- Empower our customers to become self-sufficient with everyday use of our product
- Problem solve and create solutions to meet customer requests
- Work with our Customer Success Team to improve internal processes
- Stay up to date with relevant technologies
What you need to apply:
- Minimum 1 year in a previous Customer Support Role
- Experience supporting technology solutions in a SaaS environment
- Strong interest in technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A consultative approach; ability to listen and understand customer needs
- JIRA and Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus
- An ambitious person who takes the initiative to get things done
