Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven sales professional, with clear passion (and resourcefulness). You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the CTO, COO, and CFO as well as with software developers, IT architects and partners. You have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex, multi-party sale in a highly consultative manner. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. You are naturally analytical and enjoy digging into business models and helping customers quantify their investment decisions. You are capable of independently leading a sales cycle from start to finish. Finally, you like to actively participate in the development of our sales process and the articulation of our value proposition.

What You'll Do:
  • Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets (quota carrying role)
  • Prepare a go-to market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential new clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close deals
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for the telematics and corporate fleet sector.
  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
  • Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
  • Develop and refine our sales process.
  • Represent the company at leading industry conferences

We’re Looking For Someone With:
  • At least 2-5 years of new technology sales experience, business development or consulting
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in technology.

Nice to have(s):
  • Experience selling technology products or selling corporate solutions in the telematics and/or corporate car fleet/leasing space
  • Existing contacts within the industry (telematics and/or corporate car fleet/leasing space)
  • Experience working with startups or SME organisations
  • Experience in API and/or Technical Sales
  • Experience in partnership negotiations
  • Experience selling technical complex products and or developer tools
  • Technical or Engineering background

Remuneration:
  • £30K - £50K (£80K - £90K OTE)
  • Up to £50K worth of equity
