Staff Security Engineer

Core responsibilities:
  • Lead highly complex offensive security engagements
  • Identify nuanced vulnerabilities in advanced systems
  • Develop mitigation strategies for keeping our customers safe
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for our customers
  • Improve team tradecraft, techniques, and tooling
  • Provide technical mentorship for recent hires
  • Create novel technical content that increases the team's reputation
  • Support business by interfacing with clients and demonstrating subject matter expertise

Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of cyber security experience
  • Offensive security and penetration testing experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in core software & hardware attack patterns
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • BS in computer science, engineering, physics, or mathematics

Desired qualifications:
  • Prior security consulting experience
  • Track record in vulnerability research and CVE assignments
  • Track record presenting at major security conferences
  • Software development and hardware design experience
  • OSCP, OSCE, OSEE, or OSWE certifications

  • Achieved 90% or greater net promotor score

  • Demonstrated deep technical competency to our customers
  • Helped to dramatically improve our existing service lines
  • Helped mentor and train technical hires that are new to the field
  • Published novel, technical research that moves the industry forward

Compensation package includes:
