Staff Security Engineer

Core responsibilities:
  • Provide quality assurance oversight across services delivery from scheduling to deliverables
  • Coach and mentor junior resources in improving their technical and soft skills
  • Enhance, improve, and streamline security service line offerings
  • Lead technically challenging projects with complex technology stacks across multiple modalities
  • Create novel technical content that increases the team's reputation
  • Support sales and delivery team by interfacing with clients and establishing subject matter expertise

Accountable for:
  • Assistance in achieving quarterly engagement value score objectives
  • Assistance in achieving customer net promoter score objectives and key results
  • Assistance in achieving team developmental objectives and key results
  • Assistance in achieving practice improvement objectives and key results

Required qualifications:
  • Offensive security and penetration testing experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in core software & hardware attack patterns
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • 10+ years of cyber security experience
  • BS in computer science, engineering, physics, or mathematics

Desired qualifications:
  • Prior security consulting experience
  • Track record in vulnerability research and CVE assignments
  • Track record presenting at major security conferences
  • Software development and hardware design experience
  • OSCP, OSCE, OSEE, or OSWE certifications
