Position Overview: Praetorian is seeking a seasoned talent recruiter with a successful track record of high velocity placement in a hyper growth company setting. Good enough does not cut it at Praetorian and the recruiting team must be no different. Recruiting is the single most important activity a company can do. From software hacking to hardware hacking, we help secure everything from cryptocurrency exchanges and space telescopes to autonomous vehicles and the electric grid. Core responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit the top 5% of talent through creative sourcing techniques
  • Oversee candidate target searches, job postings, career fairs, and capture-the-flag competitions
  • Manage candidate pipeline and Praetorian's interview process start to finish
  • Negotiate final offers to close candidates who have multiple competitive offers
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team that will help provide valuable ground support
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible
  • Implement diversity and inclusion recruitment best practices
  • Assist and support strategic recruiting initiatives

Accountable for:
  • Quarterly hiring objectives and key results

Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate setting or agency
  • Amazing references from the people you've positively impacted
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Desired qualifications:
  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting
  • Prior track record of technical recruiting in a hyper-growth, high-tech company
  • Experience delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
  • Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages
  • Bachelors degree from a tier one institution

Compensation package:
  • Highly competitive base-salary
  • Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation
