Papaya is looking for a Director of Customer Support to drive operational efficiency from start to finish to deliver a support process for our growing business. This person will establish goals and create procedures for the payment operations team.

What you would be doing:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Payment Operations Specialists that execute payment fulfillment, partner conversion, and customer service
- Establish and use metrics to monitor and optimize team and individual performance
- Work across the organization to help improve our processes and the experience for our team members, consumers, and merchants
