Papaya is looking for a Director of Operations who will focus on developing and implementing a process to support and scale the business. The person in this high-action role will take responsibility for establishing goals and creating efficiencies for the payment operations team. We're growing quickly and need someone who is a people manager and project manager at heart, and can drive operational efficiency to deliver a support process orchestrated from start to finish. Teamwork, flexibility, communication, and a willingness to learn are of the highest importance.
What you would be doing:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Payment Operations Specialists that execute payment fulfillment, partner conversion, and customer service
- Establish and use metrics to monitor and optimize team and individual performance
- Work across the organization to help improve our processes and the experience for our team members, consumers, and merchants
