POSITION STATUS: SEASONAL FULL TIME AND PART TIME
PAY RATE: $5.44/hour plus tips
Summary of the main function/purpose of the position:
A server is expected to exceed guest and homeowners expectations by providing timely service, attentiveness to guests’ needs, and to make them feel welcome and relaxed while visiting our restaurants. He/she is also responsible for obtaining all knowledge of the menu in order to provide excellent customer service.
Key Principal duties/responsibilities:
- Complete opening/closing checklist
- Follow the company’s non-negotiable by greeting and welcoming guest
- Have knowledge of all food/drink items
- Process credit card and room charges through a point of sale system
- Clear and clean tables as guests finish up their meals
- Keep surrounding areas clean
- Full knowledge of state liquor laws
- Be familiar with club soft computer system
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure prepared orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- Up-sell and relay all specials
- Serve guests orders by retrieving and delivering from the bar or kitchen along with condiments and cutlery needed.
