The Sales Planner will be responsible for supporting the sales team in planning the digital advertising campaigns of Popular Pays clients. This individual will work with designated sales team members to ensure flawless campaign planning as well as provide optimal client service support. This includes preparing sales proposals, assisting with client presentations and staying current on industry news, trends and competitors.
Assist client partners with preparation of accurate, creative and strategic sales proposals and have a clear understanding of client expectations and KPI’s
Work with Client Partners to construct creative strategies to pitch recurring business
Attend and participate in kick off calls, brainstorm calls and meetings to help provide media and creative guidance
Work across functional groups including Sales, Client Service, Marketing and other teams
Provide account related support
Min 2+ years work experience, preferably in a sales or sales support or agency social strategy role
Certifications for paid spend across various social networks a PLUS (including FB, Twitter, etc)
Experience and knowledge of the digital and social ad landscape
BA/BS degree (or equivalent training and experience)
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced AND ever-changing environment
Ability to manage client expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Excel and Keynote skills required
