Pop Pays is fresh off a new round of funding and actively searching for Client Success Managers to join our amazing team! 

Here’s what you need to know:

The Role:

As a Client Success Manager you'll be a product expert who ensures clients are trained effectively on the platform, execute their campaigns efficiently and work with them to troubleshoot common issues as they arise. You will drive details and efficiencies for their campaigns while also acting as a strategic partner to grow their work on our platform and build strong relationships with the teams at each agency and brand.

The Expectations:

  • Work with clients to finalize creative briefs and set up campaigns in the Pop Pays platform 
  • Onboard clients to the platform 
  • Ensure they successfully and efficiently manage their campaigns
  • Help develop and iterate on our processes
  • Drive revenue through consultative, solution based selling on existing business

Must Haves:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent training and experience)
  • 4+ years of industry experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requests at once, has outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience and familiarity with the digital and social landscape
  • Saas experience a plus!
