The Solution Architect serves as subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform and relevant client industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the Functional leader for Salesforce Field Service Lightning projects onsite at client locations
  • Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
  • Define business outcomes and success criteria
  • Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, product owner, SMEs, and our internal delivery team to design and deliver the best possible solution
  • Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through the use of Salesforce.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between customer requirements and Salesforce capabilities.
  • Create solution design documentation, including user stories and process flows
  • Configure the Salesforce solution (clicks not code) while working with our extended team for any needed custom development
  • Run 1-3 day Business Process Review workshops with a large number of attendees across disparate groups. Effectively manage the room & agenda to drive understanding of requirements and consensus on the proposed solution

Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Field Service Lightning Certification
  • 2+ years of Field Service implementation experience
  • 5+ years of CRM industry experience
  • Software Consulting experience (Enterprise experience preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce platform experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Expert understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
  • Active Salesforce certifications (Strong preference for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning)
  • Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
  • Experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
  • Active Salesforce Certifications (System/Data Architect strongly preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
