As a Project manager in our Salesforce CRM practice, You'll be managing Salesforce projects for some of the most worlds most recognizable brands. You’ll be challenged by a wide variety of projects leveraging an array of innovative technologies while delivering for clients across a broad range of industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for enterprise project execution, ensuring success by managing scope, timeline and budget.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, product owner, SMEs, and our internal delivery team to design and deliver the best possible solution.
  • Remove barriers to making your internal and external teams successful
  • Define business outcomes and project success criteria.
  • Provide thought leadership on improving delivery processes and program success.
  • Create detailed project plans, effectively manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  • Provide weekly project status reports - both documented and through a formal meeting with the customer.
  • Pro-actively escalate project issues internally and with the customer along with suggested resolution to make the project successful.
  • Support Solution Architect in running 1-3 day Business Process Review workshops with a large number of attendees across disparate groups.
  • Effectively manage the room & agenda to drive understanding of requirements and consensus on the proposed solution.

Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects in a consulting environment
  • Full lifecycle delivery
  • Expertise in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience Delivering Salesforce or CRM projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in process improvement
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels. Including strong presentation development and delivery as well as business and technical writing
  • A history of mentoring and or coaching others with a focus on balanced feedback while effectively communicating development needs
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and resources
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
