Role and Responsibilities
To work alongside their team in maintaining and growing the Insurance book of business for the office. To serve customers insurance needs by providing an excellent customer service.
THIS JOB REQUIRES TO MEET SALES GOALS
- Marketing and Sales relating to Insurance
- Reach established sales goals to the best of their ability
- Monitor and update assigned policies daily
- Handle policy renewals
- Maintain electronic and paper records in policyholder files
- Assist policyholders in settling claims with Insurance Companies
- Assist with maintaining and organizing the insurance filing system
- Assist Policyholders with Endorsements
- Assist Policyholders with monthly payments
- Calculate and provide quotes for current and potential customers
- Explain features of the insurance policies
- Objectives must be met
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Ability to speak and write English and Spanish Fluently
- 1 Year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative for Insurance
- Proven ability to work with goals
- Proven ability to present, influence and sell effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures (AMS, in particular)
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in Google Drive (Google Docs and Google Sheets, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School degree or equivalent
