The position
Polarity is looking for a new team member to maintain and enhance our Customer Success Program as the company grows. If you are looking to join a startup where you will be a critical member of the team working on hard problems we would love to talk to you.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing towards Customer Success Plans
- Measuring customer metrics
- Driving high levels of customer engagement
- Assisting customers with their challenges when they may arise
- Partnering with Sales to track renewals, build value and expand contracts within customer base
- Working cross functionally with the sales and product teams to communicate customer needs
- Developing and driving customer success outcomes
- Managing customer account portfolios
This job is for you if you have:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- A thorough knowledge and proven history of demonstrated customer success behavior.
- Ability to have a deep technical understanding of Polarity and communicate that technical understanding in discussions with customers.
- Strong communication skills that can translate within all levels of a customer’s organizational hierarchy. This includes presentation skills for technical as well as business driven initiatives.
- Ability to manage yourself and others through innovative processes, making effective decisions to ensure success.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Big plus if you have prior experience working in information security or productivity
