Partner Manager

As a Partner Manager at Podium you will work to find, manage and optimize channel partners.  What is a channel partner?  A channel partner is generally a marketing agency, industry consultant, or buying group.   We work with these partners to acquire customers onto the Podium platform.   

You will be a critical part of refining Podium’s growing business.  If you are someone who is passionate about building a business, values efficiency and creative problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, open environment, then this is the right role for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research and prospect for new partners
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with partners
  • Onboard and support partners
  • Attend industry specific trade-shows and become an expert in the industries you represent
  • Act as a liaison between sales and channel partners 
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue quota

REQUIREMENTS
  • BS or BA degree in business
  • Four or more years of progressive experience as a strategic sales professional in B2B or SaaS business
  • Experience in development of partnership relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage many tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to think analytically & a technical aptitude
