You are entrepreneurial minded individual and a great story teller
You have a desire to help form collaborative and cohesive team culture
Experience with architecting efficient recruiting processes and implementing it for fast-moving environment
Sourcing is not a chore for you, you’re strategic about it and enjoy diving in beyond just LinkedIn, Github, etc...
Desire to apply your previous experience but also have a desire to learn new skills
Your track record includes hiring both Hardware & Software roles and you’re not be afraid to be a generalist for non-engineering roles
You have some knowledge of basic HR functions Working in the Palo Alto and/or the Peninsula area near CalTrain is doable for your commute
You have strong closing skills and you can speak intelligently about compensation structures
Startup experience and/or your network includes technical talent from both hardware & software companies
You are local in the Bay Area
