As Technical Recruiting Manager, you will join Plastiq in a time of rapid, yet thoughtful growth. As the inaugural person in this role, you have a unique opportunity to contribute your experience in Technical Recruiting and Talent Acquisition strategy at the ground-floor level.
As a technical recruiter, you will provide full-cycle support Plastiq’s Technology and Product teams, collaborating on interviews, offers, and the handoff for onboarding. You will work directly with the CTO and CPO. You will plan and execute recruiting events (internal and external), interview training, and process development.
Strategically, you will be a core collaborator on Plastiq’s first in-house Talent Acquisition team, helping to select the tools and resources we will use to build a foundation for best-in-class recruiting practices. You will contribute to core report-building, Talent analytics, annual planning, and budget management.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be warmly and enthusiastically supported as you develop your leadership skills, so that you are prepared to take on direct reports over time.

You have 3+ years of experience handling requisition loads of 15+, with at least a year of dedicated technical recruiting under your belt.
You enjoy full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through closing, and have the corresponding organization skills to be effective in doing so.
You are accustomed to working in a metrics-driven environment. (You may even have a favorite metric, you recruiting nerd, you!)
You have finely honed relationship-management and customer service skills, and are a master in the fine art of collaboration.
You have notoriously good instincts and can sense when you’ve found the right person for the right team, using your detail-orientation and strategic sensibilities to make that love match happen!
