RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable including invoices, credit cards, expense breakdowns and projects
Daily billing for growing business division
Admin and Customer service for 1 small business division
Customer calls for payments, scheduling appointments on calendar and various inquiries
Preparation of next day work papers for field personnel
Preparation of Statement of Work contracts with customer follow ups
Ability to prioritize and organize work flows with a focus on continual improvement.
SKILLS
Basic understanding of Accounts Payable activities is a must
Accounts Payable transactions in Quickbooks is a plus
Excel or Sheets experience is a must
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to use judgment and tact with customers is a must
Excellent phone and email etiquette with effective verbal and written skills is a must
Ability to learn quickly, able to multitask and work independently
Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, professional, easy to get along with and enthusiastic.
A positive problem-solving attitude.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
Service Industry experience is a plus
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00AM -- 4:00PM (40 hours per week)
