We are looking for:
Project X seeks an entrepreneurial media sales professional with demonstrated success across identifying, sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing new client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Work across both ADstruc Drive and Project X internal teams to identify and spearhead new business across key agency and client direct relationships
- Identify and pitch sales opportunities while educating media buyers on the benefits of ADstruc’s services
- Recruit and manage a team of sales executives to build revenue and market share
You are:

- Able to multi-task and clearly articulate strategic guidance internally and externally
- Able to hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations
- Flexible in having conversations with marketing teams and all agency divisions (creative, digital, etc.)
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a sales leadership role
- A consistent and proven track record of growth and success in scaling a sales team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in outdoor advertising and an understanding in market trends, emerging tech and media measurement
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising
