The role of Designer is responsible for conceptualization and design of graphic applications such as collateral material, environmental graphics, books and magazines, corporate identity, film titling and multimedia interfaces, from concept to completion.
In collaboration with a team, develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy. Participate in the conception and design of projects as needed agency wide. Seek the support and coordination of outside resources (proofreaders, writers, etc.) as needed. Manage and coordinate print and production of finished work as required – ensure projects get delivered on time. Participate in weekly team meetings. Follow up with teams to ensure project needs are being met.
1-4 years experience in branding/graphic design preferred, involving work in a team dynamic. We require exceptional communication skills, especially the ability to verbalize your creative rationales clearly and directly. Experience and knowledge in digital/web/motion design a plus.
