Retail Associate - Part Time & Full Time Opportunities

Public Safety Experience (Police Officer, Firefighter, EMS etc.) preferred.  Part-time and full-time positions available and we can work around your schedule if you’re a part-time officer or employed in another public safety role.  Opportunities available at our Neville Island and Bridgeville locations.
Provide a high level of customer service and interact with customers with a variety of backgrounds including Police Officers, Firefighters and EMS Personnel. Assist customers in person, over the phone and via email. Handle all retail transactions including cash, credit card, check and on-account purchases. Have a positive attitude and demeanor and are expected to develop a working knowledge of the products that they sell. Provide prompt service to customers and to return phone calls and emails in a timely fashion.
  • Assist customers with all types of sales including, but not limited to uniforms and accessories in person, over the phone and via email
  • Accountability in all retail transactions including cash, credit card, and on-account purchases
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service in person and over the phone
  • Research information on products or orders for customers and provide communication to assist them in making the best product choice
  • Assist with inventory placement, organization, and counting
  • Continually develop comprehensive product knowledge on existing and new product lines
  • Attend organizational or training meetings
  • Report problems or issues to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Merchandise and organize products on the sales floor
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized retail showroom
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must have a record of stability with employment history
  • Must have an 'owners not renters' mentality
  • Public safety experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year related experience
  • Sales experience including law enforcement, fire department and EMS gear preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
