Job Description:
Provide sales support and outstanding service to inside salespeople, independent sales representatives and promotional products distributors.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing price quotations and estimates to customers.
• Providing product and decorating information to customers.
• Processing customers’ orders for promotional products or sales samples.
• Some image retouching, clean up, and modifications and other basic graphic design work.

Specific Skills Required:

The ideal candidate will have great communication, organizational, and customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced office environment.

1-3 years’ experience in promotional products industry or have solid business to business customer service or sales experience.

Ability to work well collaboratively with a team of sales people and production artists.

Proficiency in current versions of Outlook, Word, and Excel.

It is preferable though not required that the candidate have basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and accounting software similar to GP/Salepad.

Highly proficient in both written and spoken English.

Location: Moorpark, CA 93021
Hours: 7:30AM-4PM Monday-Friday (or 8:30AM – 5PM)
Salary: $15-18/hour depending on experience.
