The Role

We are in search for Virtual Account Managers (VAMs) to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Virtual Account Manager at Phil, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Management also answers client queries and identifies new business opportunities among existing customers.

  • Possesses high competencies in critical thinking and interpersonal skills
  • You are a natural problem solver, with the ability to understand complex systems
  • You possess strong communication skills (verbally and written)
  • Ability to develop and manage partner relationships to ensure over-achievement of assigned goals.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
  • Ability to travel as needed to sales meetings, trade shows, or training 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and complete numerous details and tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Significant experience working with specialty pharmacies, doctor offices, or dermatology
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • B2B and/or Healthcare experience
  • 1-2 years account management or customer success experience
  • Startup mindset, and ability to operate within a fast-paced work environment
