We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic Events & Relationship Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our prospective clients, serve as a public representative of PFCS, and coordinate events from conception through to completion.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable marketing, event planning, project management, and interpersonal skills. As an Events & Relationship Marketing Coordinator, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to complete pre-established marketing initiatives to maintain and promote PFCS relationships with clients.
This is a full-time position, with opportunities for professional growth on a growing team.

THE EVENTS & RELATIONSHIP MARKETING COORDINATOR WILL WORK TO IMPLEMENT PFCS COMPANY STANDARDS AND PROCESSES IN ALL ACTIVITY, INCLUDING:

TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THE RELATIONSIHP MARKETING COORDINATOR POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE:
• Proven experience in client development, event planning, and customer service
• Demonstrated progression in business development skills
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, yet coordinating with a diverse team and client base
• CRM experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (1-3 years in business development, events management, relationship marketing or similar role)
YOUR SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
A. Communicate with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
B. Effectively manage CRM to include proper information, documentation, and follow-up
C. Ensure a seamless process flow from clients' initial request to the delivery of services
D. Educate clients and prospects on PFCS services in order to generate sales and increase client satisfaction
2. Event Management
A. Plan events, design and production while managing timely delivery of project elements
B. Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
C. Plan and coordinate client events and track marketing budgets and expenses
D. Coordinate event attendance with prospects and current clients
E. Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
F. Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, prospect follow-up, etc.
G. Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations
H. Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
I. Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
J. Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
K. Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
3. Additional Responsibilities
A. Be the liaison between prospective clients and PFCS project teams
B. Conduct market research, gather information, and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
C. Provide sales support to the team: phone calls, emails, appointments, and campaigns
D. Track existing and future team projects including objectives, timelines, and tasks
