As our new Mission Manager, your role will be the primary owner of the development, management, challenges, and ultimate success of our veteran employees. You will help shape this essential role alongside the President and other key advisors, to create a system that tracks, measures, and motivates employee development from start to finish.

You will work directly with your team to create an individual plan for each member, in setting goals, identifying challenges, and holding each one accountable while staying mission focused on their success and that of the company overall. You will act as a liaison to our client, and be responsible for bringing the goals of employee, client, and company into alignment.
