Autoplanet Direct is currently seeking an Internal Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Brampton.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Essential Job Duties:
- Create internal work orders and follow through to completion.
- Review work orders to ensure all work is completed and quoted prices are accurate.
- Write estimates based on technician recommendations and deliver to the Sales department for approval.
- Ensures customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards.
- Ensuring parts ordered for new cars in a timely, efficient, and organized manner.
- Other service related duties as required.
Position Requirements:
- 1-2 years of service related experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Punctual with excellent time management skills.
- Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Team orientated with a positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking and computer skills.
