Performance Auto Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their dynamic team in Brampton. This position will be a contract position to cover 18 months maternity leave with the possibility of a full time permanent position.
The successful candidate will be a key team player in the Accounting Department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. Providing administrative and clerical services, processing accounts receivable, reconciling receivable for dealerships and other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Duties:
- Generate Customer account statements.
- Manage and resolve overdue accounts, including communications with internal department as required.
- Maintain and reconcile on a routine basis.
- Assist and be back up to other AR administrator and Manager as required.
- Additional duties to include but not limited to : Cash Application/bank deposit.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Automotive dealer accounting experience considered an asset.
- Minimum High School Diploma; College Diploma in business or accounting preferred.
- Accounts Receivable/ Dealership experience preferred.
- Strong computer and communication skills; attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Google applications (Microsoft Office also an asset)
- Experience with CDK and One-Eighty dealership software considered an asset.
