Marketing Administrator (AutoPlanet Brampton)

AutoPlanet Brampton is currently seeking a Marketing Administrator to join their dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be a social media savvy problem solver with excellent writing skills! With high initiative and a results-oriented attitude. 
 
This role will be Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and the Marketing Administrator will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support such as budgets, invoices, and purchasing in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial operations. It requires an organized professional who is a strong communicator and is ready and able to take on a wide variety of tasks. 

Essential Job Duties: 
  • Capable of executing a weekly audit of all vehicles online. 
  • Day to day data entry of in-coming vehicles.  
  • Assisting with reporting on sales funnels and pulling data. 
  • Testing and reviewing marketing funnels.  
  • Reviews and process invoices and purchase orders. 
  • Assists with the tracking, submission, and collection of manufacturer co-op advertising dollars. 
  • Assists with project management and upkeep of advertising plans. 
  • Assists with the department's information flow by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and distributing text, data, and graphics. 
  • Assists with measurements, budget tracking, and dealership reporting. 
  • Assists with event planning, including vendors and work schedules. 
  • Other duties as required or directed by the Marketing Manager.
     
Position Requirements: 
  • Undergraduate degree is an asset but not required. 
  • Knowledge of writing for different mediums, including technical writing. 
  • Well versed in social media applications and content. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively to create a positive, supportive team environment. 
  • Excellent team communication skills. 
  • High energy and vision. 
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics. 
  • Ability to establish strong, sustainable relationships with internal clients, external vendors and partners. 
  • Automotive industry experience would be an asset.
