Brantford Toyota is currently seeking an Internal Service Advisor to join their dynamic team at BRANTFORD. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create internal work orders and follow through to completion
- Review work orders to ensure all work is completed and quoted prices are accurate
- Write estimates based on technician recommendations and deliver to the Sales department for approval
- Ensures customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards
- Ensuring parts ordered for new cars in a timely, efficient, and organized manner
- Other service related duties as required
Position Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Punctual with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong multitasking and computer skills
- CDK experience will be an asset
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record
