Job Purpose:  
Play a critical role on the project team, advising clients and colleagues on client listening strategy, HR integration, survey design, item selection, results analysis, reporting and presentation of results.  Engage and collaborate directly with clients across a wide range of business sectors and geographies where your work will be highly visible to their senior leadership teams.

Essential Duties:

·      Provide thought leadership and strategic consulting to client teams and stakeholders, project managers, research consultants and other colleagues
·      Deliver a consistent Perceptyx client experience as a member of client project teams
·      Develop survey instruments that align to client needs and uncover insights to improve the organization, workplace and employee experience 
·      Advise and consult clients, colleagues and other partners 
·      Support the business development and sales processes
·      Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time (varies throughout the year)
Client-Facing
  • Establish an advisor role with clients and provide consistent, superior relationship management 
  • Facilitate client interviews/meetings and manage the quality of work products 
  • Provide strategic advice to heads of HR across the globe 
  • Present live and virtual results planning meetings and presentations 
  • Participate in managing client expectations and raise appropriate issues with colleagues in Professional Services, Operations, Innovation, Research & Insights and Business Development 
  • Develop high-quality deliverables in support of the project plan 
  • Deliver in-person presentations to client senior leadership teams 
  • Facilitate select coaching sessions and action planning workshops for senior executives 
  • Address sensitive survey results as appropriate
Product
  • Leverage the Perceptyx platform to review and analyze (both personally and directive) large quantities of qualitative and quantitative data 
  • Oversee survey design, advising clients on optimal questions, scales, format and sequence
  • Oversee results analysis, coordinating expectations with clients and providing direction to research consultants for executive presentations 
 
Internal
  • Provide feedback to drive product development efforts and research topics
  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams 
  • Develop insights related to change management risks and impacts, and communicate those insights clearly and succinctly

·      Partner with business development colleagues to support sales presentations

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Research, advisory, HR or management consulting experience (5-10 years preferred) 
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in I/O Psychology or related preferred
  • Ability to establish credibility and build relationships with senior level professionals 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills 
  • Superior analytical skills, as demonstrated by a track record of thought leadership and problem-solving activities, preferably within a consulting and/or research environment 
  • Demonstrated experience in performing various types of analysis including qualitative and quantitative research, secondary research, employee surveys, etc.
  • Proven knowledge of full suite of analytical skills needed to execute project work and demonstrated proficiency in advanced iWork, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS 
  • Possess a high degree of initiative and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
