We provide bespoke census, pulse and employee lifecycle surveys and our people analytics tools include online dashboards, hotspot reporting, benchmark comparisons and demographic crosstabs, as well as comments reporting with automated theming and sentiment analysis.

We are privately owned and we have operated since 2003. We have a global reach with offices in the US (incl. California and Nebraska) and Europe (The Netherlands and teams in the UK). We are achieving rapid growth and we are looking to appoint a Research Consultant based in the UK to join our growing Professional Services team.

 

About the Research Consultant Role at Perceptyx

Research Consultants primarily partner with our Senior Consultants and with our Project Managers to support various stages of employee survey projects and people analytics consulting. 

Some of the key requirements for the role include: 

•   Creating and formatting project documentation, such as survey items, normative benchmarks, example follow-up actions

•   Preparing executive presentation slides quickly and accurately, based on known areas of focus as well as summarising insights that emerge in the data

•   Conducting custom analyses used to deliver high-quality executive presentations, such as demographic crosstabs, linkage research, comments analysis

•   Supporting multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and meeting expectations for quality and accuracy for a variety of project deliverables

•   Collaborating with our cross-functional teams and taking advantage of growth opportunities by learning from team members and continuing education relevant to the role

Research Consultants are provided with a structured induction and on-the-job training. Some of the pre-requisites for the role include: 

•   Post-Graduate with an MSc in Occupational Psychology (or completion of a similar Post-Graduate level qualification such as Work Psychology, Human Resource Management, etc.)

•   Flexibility and willingness to work hours to accommodate global clients and off-hour conference calls, as required

•   Computer competence in work-related packages such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word

•   Proficiency in SPSS or other statistical packages is advantageous
