This position is ideally suited for someone with a strong technical background and top-notch client service skills. Project managers will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple projects for a variety of domestic and global organizations. As the single point of contact, the project manager is responsible for creating project plans, managing client expectations, coordinating internal resources, and delivering training and coaching to the client.

Essential Duties:
• Delightfully satisfy clients. At all costs.
• Build a close working relationship with the client and ensure their overall satisfaction with service delivery and the configuration of our survey technology.
• As the primary contact with our clients, ensure all interaction and communication between Perceptyx and the client is consistent and accurately documented in a timely manner.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and create detailed project plans that capture precise client requirements.
• Ensure the timely delivery of the survey and associated tools (survey reporting, training to the client’s representatives, delivery of executive summaries, etc.)
• Develop an expertise of the internal Perceptyx web-based tools, and use those tools to make significant customizations for each client.
• Monitor real-time data collection engine and share observations with clients.
• Provide real-time consulting and assistance to clients throughout projects.
• Train clients to use Perceptyx reporting tools (often times during non-standard hours for global clients).
• Coordinate internal team meetings and offer operational guidance.
• Complete all project documentation accurately and on time.
Marginal Duties:
• Assist in any other area as needed
• Travel on-site to meet with clients as needed.
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 4 years in a project manager role. Experience in managing survey projects is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong technical background, specifically in web-based systems and data files.
• Excellent communication skills (via e-mail and phone).
• Hard worker, quick learner, self-starter, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented but able to step back and understand the bigger picture.
