We are looking for IT Recruiters with a bachelors degree.
A successful IT Recruiter will collaborate with Account Manager and with clients to understand and fulfill their IT hiring needs and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources like job boards, social media networks and employee referrals.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong candidate pipeline.
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
· 1-5 years experience in a Recruiting role.
· (Required) Hands-on experience with Boolean and other search techniques.
· Familiarity with job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, social media sourcing.
· Experience screening candidates.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially phone skills
· Strong decision-making skills
