JOB PURPOSE:

This leadership role is responsible for the marketing aspects of this new company including the launch of all bricks and mortar sites and ecommerce channels. As a member of the leadership team the Marketing Director will also provide subject matter expertise to all organizational projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop innovative strategies and tactics to achieve market positions for all brands
* Provide leadership for all creative design and marketing functions to develop brand leadership on all marketing outputs
* Lead implementation of all marketing tactics for digital, social, experiential, retail and public relations
* Lead, with sales, for annual business growth through the addition of new customers
* Develop and accountable for marketing budgets (inputs and outcomes)
* Leadership team for ongoing development and implementation of corporate strategy
* Work with external agencies for all marketing projects
* Roll up sleeves and dig into daily operational needs as required for growing a start up company
